You just need to steep green tea in boiling water for around 5 minutes then allow it to cool. 4. Moisturize with Aloe vera
Aloe vera is a tropical plant, which, when applied to the skin, can help treat burns and fight inflammation, as well as acting as a moisturizer- making it an excellent treatment for acne-prone skin. The presence of sulfur and salicylic acid is what makes it a good option for treating acne. All you need to do is scrape the gel from the plant with a spoon and apply it directly to your skin and repeat the process twice daily.
5. Apply witch hazel
Witch hazel is used to treat a wide range of skin conditions like eczema, bruises, acne, and insect bites because of its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties – a result of the tannins it contains. You should mix 1 tablespoon of witch hazel bark with 1 cup of water in a tiny saucepan then leave it to soak for approximately 30 minutes and boil it. You can leave it to simmer while covered for 10 minutes. You should then allow the mixture to sit for around 10 minutes before straining it into a container. Use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin twice daily.
